2. Create a div that contains four Technical Problems displayed as a set of checkboxes.
3. Create a div that contains four Product Issues displayed as a set of radio buttons.
4. Use the display property to remove these content containers from the page.

Based on the selection from the "Reason For Contact" dynamically display the requested set of followup questions on the page using the display property.
