New Yoga Class!!

We are excited to say that we added a new class! Yoga is a great way to improve your balance, boost metabolism, and even lose a couple pounds. Come join us! Our class of yoga meets at 9:00 AM - 6:30 AM (WF) and 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (TR). For more information visit our yoga page.
