Training For A Triathlon

Training for a Triathlon can take a couple months to train for. It is best if you start training as soon as possible so you’re not feeling like your killing yourself when it comes to the event. We wouldn’t want you to leave unsatisfied with your results or performance which is why we do these blogs. We also wouldn’t want you to use equipment that you are not used to practicing with.

Some things to consider:

  • Working out and building up those muscles.
  • Eating healthy
  • Getting plenty of rest
  • Having a buddy to keep you motivated to keep going
  • Fitness tracker
  • Good mind set
  • Start small then work your way up
