Health Benefits of Cocoa

Chocolate has many different health benefits. Each kind of chocolate has different health benefits. For example dark chocolate contains 70-85% cocoa which has about 600 calories and 24 grams of sugar but milk chocolate has about the same number of calories but double the sugar intake. The amount of cocoa solids is important because it is an indictor of the amount of dietary flavonoids in the chocolate that you eat.
